Before you book
No. Show the QR code on your ticket page, or the ticket we text you. The conductor checks it at the door; the app is only for live tracking and keeping tickets offline.
We text you when your bus is running late or its time changes. If the operator cancels the trip, the whole amount goes back to your card.
Yes, from My bookings, up to 2 hours before departure. The fare goes back to your card; the booking fee isn’t refunded.
